Picking a size
Go by your weight and how you train. 12 oz suits bag work and lighter hands, up to about 65 kg. 14 oz is the all-rounder for training and light sparring, around 65 to 80 kg. 16 oz is what most Dubai gyms want on sparring days and the safe pick over 80 kg. Training in Dubai heat
Dubai is hard on gloves. You sweat more, gloves stay damp longer, and a pair left in a hot car can be ruined in a summer. That’s why both our gloves have a breathable lining, and why we always tell people the same three things: wear hand wraps, take your gloves out of the bag as soon as you get home, and dry them in front of a fan or the AC, never in direct sun.
