Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Gloves must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, gloves that have been worn for training cannot be returned.
Wrong size?
Message us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help you exchange unused gloves for a different size, subject to stock.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll replace it at no cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
